cheers mate, for the post in our challenges forum. wasn't aimed at you specifically, I think we need to make it more obvious that's where to post

we have 3 so far, and the time/date is fine with me. we have 85+ in our clan now, so numbers will not be a problem I'm sure.

Are your 6 cXc dudes fine with that time?

It should be fine we have a 18 members so out of that we should be able to get at least 6, more most likely if needed

I just got asked by one our our dirty 6 if we can change it to 8:30 at all?

Is 9:30 the earliest you guys are able to start?

Still haven't heard from other dudes yet, so no concrete tiome is needed, but maybe a bit earlier would work better, if you guys can.

Ok, well see how many can make 8:30, and how many can make 9:30 - I will do the same at our boards, and then can collate...

I don't want to change the time on you, so we should be able to sort it out.

We are keen too though, so it will go ahead definitely.



edit - I love the graphics on this site, all the pics in sigs and your memberlist... very cool

thanks mate, 8:30 is the absolute earliest I can ever get on most weeknights (kids dam it) but starting then would be alright, we have a few guys keen to play so we might field two teams if that suits you or if you want the same team each time that's cool also... this will be our first war so I think everyone is keen on seeing some action

there's a good suggestion.
I'll see what I can do to wrangle up teams for both timeslots.

ok, we're getting numbers now, for both 8:30 and 9:30, so hopefully you guys can match that.

@dane - maybe add nomxis - I'd have to delete somebody... but I might end up adding you anyway, I like inviting other clan members to games...

we have 11 of the 12 signed up now, so almost ready to go now.
btw, who's gonna host these 2 matches? I don't have cable, but some of our blokes do...

I can host around 12 people as can a few of the other guys so that shouldn't be a problem

nomxis will be on at 8:30, so he can add all of us in, and then he won't be there for 9:30, but we can all stay - so works fine.

we might have to play it by ear a bit given the connection troubles that seem so rife in this game. I will add a few more of you guys to make sure we get the game going

yeah, about the dropouts - if an individual player gets disconnected, what will we do? make it fair that perhaps the lowest scorer on the other team drops out to make it even?

firstly, do you ahve any room for me on your psn dane? I tried to add you yesterday, but you were full.

secondly - we are no all set to go.

2 most voted matchtypes - Headquarters, Domination
1 most voted map - Backlot

so we're all good - got 6 players for 8:30 melb/syd and 6 players 9:30
a couple of players will be playing both slots, as not everybody could manage the 9:30.

was wondering though, do you think this will fill up the full hour? 3 matches? I reckon 4 could fit, but it's prob a bit late for that I guess - unless you and I nominate another each...

and how do you wanna work out which match type goes with which map?

I cleared up a bit of room on my PSN so I can add you on Kobeson

with the game times, by the time we get everyone in game have a bit of pregame chat and then post game chat each time I think we should fill the hour with two games most likely

I was thinking our game type choice on your map choice, and our game map choices on your game type choices if that sounds clear. We can nut it out in the lobby too

I don't have a mic at the moment, so will be without voice - but most of the other guys have them.

so, are spectators ok by you? we want to log the scores, so I was thinking 1 spectator for each timeslot would be ok. the limit is 18 isn't it? in private matches?

yeah the limit is 18.. wouldn't recommend it on some of our connections though lol
